MODULAR BUILDINGS


Modular buildings are a relocatable structure made up of an infinite number of modular sections to form one complete building. Modular buildings can be provided as single, two or three storey structures. One of the great advantages a modular building has over traditional methods is speed. Whilst the modules are being custom built, the site is simultaneously prepared ready for the final assembly. This means less disruption to the site and more convenience for the customer. Construction in this way is ultimately quicker, with substantial cost savings. Buildings can be produced to fit alongside, and blend with, existing buildings and adapted to appear traditional by adding a pitched roof or brickwork. Modular buildings can be added to at a later date or even relocated elsewhere.

Used modular buildings are a highly sustainable approach to construction. It has been recognised at government level that recycled components are an extremely efficient method of providing new accommodation. Our ex stock of recycled used modular buildings allows customers to benefit from large cost savings and faster building solutions compared with new.     TEMPORARY CLASSROOMS

    Temporary classrooms can be installed as either a single classroom, double classroom or a multiple classroom village. All our temporary classrooms provide a suitable teaching environment for a required length of time from 1 month to 5 years. Each temporary classroom provides adequate teaching space for the required number of pupils together with providing storage and IT facilities that would be required within a traditional classroom environment to meet any curriculum. Temporary classrooms are a low cost accommodation solution for short and long term needs such as a forming a decant village during construction of a school or a disaster situation such as a school fire.

    Modular classrooms are constructed and installed as either a single classroom, double classroom or multiple classrooms. Our modular classrooms provide a low cost permanent solution for a comfortable teaching environment.
