Cotaplan have recently completed a new modular training and teaching facility near Tewkesbury.
The building was constructed using a part recycled substructure and enveloped in new internal and external finishes. Constructing this way proves to be cheaper and provides the appearance and function of a new building.
The addition of the cedar cladding also helps to provide a less temporary appearance and blends in well with existing structures on site.
This bespoke facility was completed in time for the beginning of the summer term 2019 after only 8 weeks on site from start to finish.
