Cotaplan have recently supplied a fully refurbished modular Administration block to a school in Slough.
Built to replace an existing building, the re-engineered block is comprised of reconditioned sub-components and enveloped in new insulation, floor coverings, doors and plasterboard.
With an increased internal headroom and solid concrete floor, the building provides all the benefits of traditional construction methods but completed in a matter of weeks.
This portable building has also been fitted with energy efficient LED lighting and air conditioning; acoustic suspended ceiling throughout; fire and intruder alarms; kitchen and toilet facilities and linked to the school at 3 different entrances.
