Cotaplan have recently completed a turn-key modular building in Cheltenham. This new facility will provide nursery care to the local area.
The project started towards the end of June with little disruption to the ongoing operation of the school in which it is situated.
The project was completed with a range of finishes which included: a hard wearing steel exterior, suspended ceilings throughout, air-conditioning accessible and standard toilet facilities, IPS panelling, kitchens, lockable storage, IT, fire and intruder alarms; landscaping and a bespoke canopy – all completed within 8 weeks from commencement on site.
