Cotaplan have started the next phase of their new build project in Devon. On completion of all external and internal trims, the mechanical and electrical 2nd fixing will start this week to complete the works started in factory 250 miles away. Building offsite in this way vastly reduces the time required onsite after delivery – meaning less disruption.
