A Turnkey Classroom Delivered in Just Six Weeks

Advantage Schools needed a new, purpose-built teaching space, and Cotaplan was appointed to deliver the entire project from start to finish. As a full turnkey contract, our team took care of everything from clearing the site to handing over a finished, fully fitted modular classroom ready for pupils and staff.

Thanks to detailed project planning at the outset and our high-speed manufacturing process, the complete project was delivered in just six weeks, keeping disruption to the school to an absolute minimum.

From Demolition to Handover

Working with one contractor for every stage gave the school a single point of contact throughout. Our team removed the two existing modular buildings, designed the new foundations and drainage, then manufactured and installed the new classroom building. Once in position, the building was fully fitted out with M&E services, floor coverings and blinds, connected to site services and finished with new external footpaths and landscaping.

The result is a bright, modern and comfortable learning environment, delivered on a fast-track programme with no compromise on quality.

As a full design and build package, the works included:
