Due to the expansion and refurbishment of the existing primary school, a temporary solution was required for a 18 month hire period.

Consisting of 15 classrooms/nursery accommodation/admin accommodation Cotaplan provided from existing stock a fully refurbished two storey complex.

Cotaplan’s policy of holding a large extensive stock of modular classroom buildings ensured that our client received best value and service.

Choice of external colours and features, the prefabricated buildings provide an excellent temporary teaching environment.

Works were completed in 8 weeks from order. Buildings were removed and returned to stock on completion of the hire period.
