The structure was installed inside as a modular warehouse building in London and completed in just two weeks, including a staircase and full interior setup. Understanding Serco’s Requirements

Serco required a high-quality modular building that could be rapidly deployed within an existing warehouse facility. Due to restricted ridge and eaves heights, traditional craning methods weren’t an option. The building needed to be lightweight enough to be lifted by truck yet robust enough to provide a comfortable, usable office space. Time was also a key factor — the entire installation had to be swift to minimise disruption and allow other trades access as soon as possible.
