One of the latest projects Cotaplan have completed was the design and build of a fully refurbished modular classroom block at Thorpe School in Norfolk. This was part of a wider school development plan, and Cotaplan provided a full turnkey package that ensured a smooth, efficient process, with minimal disruption to the school’s day-to-day activities.

Because our modular classrooms are built off-site in our controlled manufacturing facility, we were able to complete much of the construction process ahead of schedule, limiting on-site activity to just 6 weeks. This swift timeline allowed the school to proceed with additional external works, such as extensive resurfacing, over the half-term break without any delays.
