Chase Farm Hospital, Enfield

Chase Farm Hospital required a new manufacturing facility as quickly as possible. Cotaplan provided a modular solution, completing the building in our factory in just six weeks. With careful transport and traffic planning, the facility was delivered and installed without any issues, meeting the client’s urgent need efficiently and effectively.

Sparsholt College

Cotaplan recently completed the design, manufacture, and installation of a state-of-the-art modular classroom building for Sparsholt College. This project demonstrates the efficiency and adaptability of modular construction, especially in educational environments where minimising disruption is critical.

Thorpe School

Cotaplan completed the design and build of a fully refurbished modular classroom block at Thorpe School in Norfolk, delivered as part of a wider school development plan. The building was manufactured off-site to reduce disruption and installed within a six-week period, allowing the school to continue day-to-day activities. This fast-track turnkey solution meant the school could also complete additional external works, such as resurfacing, over the half-term break without delay.

Macclesfield FC

One of the latest modular buildings installed at Macclesfield FC was two hired classrooms, provided to support the club’s youth development facilities. These classrooms help ensure young players receive key educational skills alongside their football training. The units were delivered pitch-side as part of the club’s wider commitment to youth education. Cotaplan is also partnered with Macclesfield FC through a pitch-side advertising board and looks forward to the team’s progress.

Wolverhampton City Council

After weeks of meticulous planning and coordination, Cotaplan successfully delivered and installed a modular classroom block for Wolverhampton City Council. The project required advanced logistical planning, including the deployment of three mobile cranes and carefully managed road closures, to ensure the new facility was installed safely and on schedule.
