£250,000 full turn-key project with all the design and construction undertaken by Cotaplan.
Finished with an increased ceiling height, colour-coated uPVC windows, colour-coated and golden oak cladding; the refectory was designed to marry-in with the school’s existing buildings that that have a range of different claddings.
Towards the end of completion, anti-slip vinyl was fitted throughout, and a specialist kitchen contractor came in to fit the stainless steel kitchen and cooking facilities.
The total build took 10 weeks from setting up the site fencing and welfare facilities – to occupation by the school.
