Our client had a very short time line and limited budget to procure a three classroom learning impaired early years building.

The mobile classroom building was to be built in a locally protected area necessitating that the building be timber clad.

We designed and procured a modular building system clad with western red cedar to our client’s specification. The internal building was finished to a high specification with energy efficient heat/cooling system and increased ceiling heights.

The works included a full turnkey package inclusive of foundations, drainage, service connection and external works.
