Lynch Hill Primary School

Following a detailed tender process we entered into a contract for the design, supply and installation of a 4no classroom and ancillary block together with a pre-designed link corridor connecting the modular building with the existing school.

Substantial savings where achieved on this project through utilising part new and refurbished building components. Refurbished floor and roof components were incorporated into the building design together with new manufactured wall panels. This process ensured additional value for money without compromising the overall performance or quality of the building.

The modular classroom offers flexibility of design including linkage to existing buildings. The robust construction offers a quiet, more solid suspended floor system and quieter roof with higher ceilings.

The building was constructed with a traditional external finish – Render and Brickwork and was a faster construction when compared with traditional build, all at a fixed project price.
