Cotaplan were commissioned to provide a 11m x 5m single storey modular building.
The building was linked to the existing nursery and installed over a weekend, thus allowing the school to operate as normal for the remainder of the project.
The building was finished with air-conditioning, fitted kitchen, IPS panelling to the washroom, increased headroom with a suspended ceiling and fully integrated fire and intruder alarm systems.
A combination of Thermowood timber and Plastisol steel cladding was fitted to the exterior.
Tape and jointed plaster was applied to all internal walls with an emulsion painted finish.
It took 8 weeks on site to complete the build from start to finish.
