Cotaplan has recently completed a bespoke modular training and teaching facility near Tewkesbury.
The building was constructed using a partially recycled substructure and finished with new internal and external materials. This approach reduces costs while providing the appearance and functionality of a brand-new building.
The addition of cedar cladding gives the building a natural, permanent look that blends seamlessly with existing structures on site.
The facility was completed in just 8 weeks from start to finish, ready in time for the summer term 2019.
