Cotaplan Install New Two Storey Modular Office Building

One of Cotaplan’s latest projects saw us successfully install a bespoke two-tier modular office block in central London.

What did Cotaplan overcome to deliver this project?

Like with all projects, there were complications which we had to work round or figure out. The site was a tight one with heavy restrictions on space. We also had to overcome local delivery time restraints when planning our timelines.

How long did it take us to deliver this project?

Modular Office Construction Despite the restrictions on the project, we were able to successfully install the buildings over a two-day period. Work is continuing to progress in line with the fast-track programme ready for a handover.

How are modular offices constructed?

These types of modular buildings are normally constructed off site and then transported to their specific location before being assembled on site. This construction takes place in a warehouse and is tailored to the specific needs of the client. This process can take as little as half the time to complete taking labour and staffing costs away. The end result is a lovely office building constructed to high standards in a safe environment. The modular office will also be portable and can be moved to other locations if necessary.
