Refurbished Modular Administration Block Delivered in Slough
Cotaplan have recently supplied a fully refurbished modular administration block to a school in Slough.
Built to replace an existing building, the re-engineered block uses reconditioned sub-components enveloped in new insulation, floor coverings, doors, and plasterboard.
With increased internal headroom and a solid concrete floor, the building offers all the benefits of traditional construction but was completed in just a matter of weeks.
This portable building has been fitted with energy-efficient LED lighting and air-conditioning, an acoustic suspended ceiling throughout, fire and intruder alarms, kitchen and toilet facilities, and is linked to the school via three different entrances.
