Cotaplan have recently completed a new modular classroom block in Sidcup. Working alongside a main contractor, who prepared the site with foundations and services whilst we manufactured the building off site ready for delivery.
This modular facility will be used for children with additional learning needs and includes: a mechanical air replacement system, air conditioning, washroom facilities, dimmable LED lighting and specialist floor coverings.
The building was designed to be in keeping with the existing school facilities and ready for occupation in November.
