Turnkey Modular Nursery Completed in Cheltenham
Cotaplan has recently delivered a turnkey modular building in Cheltenham, providing much-needed nursery care facilities for the local community.
The project commenced in late June with minimal disruption to the ongoing operations of the school in which it is located.
The new facility was completed with a variety of finishes, including a hard-wearing steel exterior, suspended ceilings, air-conditioning, standard and accessible toilets, IPS panelling, kitchens, lockable storage, IT systems, fire and intruder alarms, landscaping, and a bespoke canopy—all completed within just 8 weeks from the start of on-site works.
