New Modular School Building Delivered in Gloucester
Cotaplan has delivered another modular school building, this time in Gloucester, over a single weekend.
The 12m x 12m, 4-bay building was pre-fitted offsite with all partitions, doors, windows, and fittings, ready for rapid completion at the school.
Externally, horizontal cedar cladding will be added on site, eliminating joints between bays to achieve a seamless, traditional building appearance—an approach that is not standard but provides an elegant finish.
Internally, a suspended ceiling will be installed to offer a professional look while allowing easy access for future maintenance and alterations.
As with many of Cotaplan’s modular building projects, this facility has been custom-designed to meet the specific needs of the school.
