Usually, yes. You will need planning permission if the modular workshop building will be in place for more than 28 days, and if it will be used for commercial and/or industrial purposes.
The only exemptions to this rule would be if it is in place for less than 28 days, if it falls under permitted development rights, or if you already have existing on-site permissions for a similar structure. This is something our team can support you with.
