Modern Modular Building To Complement Existing School Facilities
Eggar’s High School required a new modular building that would blend seamlessly with their existing structures while providing a functional space for school activities. The design needed to accommodate kitchen and cooking facilities, ensure student safety with anti-slip flooring and meet necessary education and building standards. The project also had to be completed efficiently to minimise disruption to the school’s activities.
Full Turnkey Modular Building Delivered In 10 Weeks
Cotaplan delivered the project as a full turnkey solution, managing all aspects of design and construction. The modular building was built to complement the school’s existing structures, including increased ceiling heights, uPVC windows and external cladding in colour-coated and golden oak finishes. Towards the end of the project, anti-slip vinyl was installed throughout the interior to ensure safety, and a specialist kitchen contractor fitted stainless steel kitchen and cooking facilities. The entire build, from site setup and welfare facilities to final occupation, was completed within 10 weeks, providing a high-quality, ready-to-use modular building for the school.
