Cotaplan have delivered yet another modular school building over a weekend but this time in Gloucester.
This 12m x 12m 4 bay modular building was installed with all the partitions, doors, windows, etc. fitted offsite ready for completion at the school.
Externally, the building will be finished with horizontal cedar cladding to the building surround. Although this is not standard practice, fitting the cladding on site will eliminate any joints between the bays giving the effect of a traditional building finish.
Internally, a suspended ceiling will be added on site to provide a professional finish that delivers easy access for future maintenance and alterations.
Like many of Cotaplan’s modular building projects, this has been custom designed and delivered to meet the school’s needs.
